Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 20 was before the Senate on final passage. The question being: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 20 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 288, relating to changing the name of the Department of Community and Economic Development, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCR 20 Final Passage YEAS: 12 NAYS: 8 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bunde, Cowdery, Dyson, Green, Ogan, Seekins, Stedman, Stevens B, Stevens G, Therriault, Wagoner, Wilken Nays: Davis, Ellis, Elton, French, Guess, Hoffman, Lincoln, Olson and so, lacking the necessary 14 votes, SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 20 failed to pass the Senate. SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 20(fld S) was referred to the Secretary for permanent filing.
